So, I am descending Ink Grade at what I thought was a pretty good clip, when I heard this slight humming noise from behind … It’s a bird, it’s a plane, its TRIMORE Fitness Team swooping down on me and spitting me out the back like I’m a piece of fluff!! I finally catch them after the turn at the bottom and get to meet Coach Neil and Alicia face to face at last!
