Refund, Early Termination Policy

Clients wishing to terminate programs early must do so in writing.

A $100.00 service charge for program fees and set up will be charged.

Clients will receive a refund of any unused prepaid portion with 60 days of Tri More Fitness receiving termination notice.

NOTE: Tri More Fitness may terminate training with client(s) at any time. Refund due to early termination of contract by Tri More Fitness will total the unused portion of prepaid contract.
