1:1 Training Rates

  • 1×1.5 hours – $165.00 ($110.00/hour)
  • 3×1.5 hours – $450.00 ($100/hour)
  • 6×1.5 hours – $810.00 ($90.00/hour)

All Programs Are Designed by USAT-Certified Coaches and include:

  • Unlimited weekly communication by email to review, update, and plan training needs
  • Initial consultation to discuss your personal goals, fitness level, triathlon experience, and prior training
  • Inspection, evaluation, and recommendation concerning your current training and race equipment
  • Equipment overview, evaluation, and recommendations
  • Weekly training program that takes into account your daily needs
  • Pre- and post-race call from a TMF coach to plan race strategy, settle nerves, review race, and outline your future training
  • Discounts on TMF gear, classes & clinics

Additional Things to Consider

  • 1:1 Training Sessions requiring travel greater than 25 miles may incur travel fees
  • 1:1 Training Sessions are based on availability of coaches.  Every attempt will be made to accommodate athlete’s needs and goals
  • Cancellations require 48 notice to receive a full refund, less than 48 hours a cancellation fee of $35 will be charged
