A.R.T. – Ellora Weston
Ellora Weston is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with full body certification in Active Release Technique (ART) and is a certified Graston Technique provider. Ellora has experience in treating both professional and age group triathletes at the Kona Ironman World Championships and Ironman Arizona events. She has a particular interest in helping people enjoy running injury-free and has led several outreach programs aimed at preventative care for running injuries. As and active athlete all her life, she is passionate about helping people of all athletic levels reach their training goals. She has been participating in triathlons for 4 years ranging from Sprint to Ironman distance events. Prior to that she has extensive experience in swimming, endurance running, skiing, tennis and climbing. Professionally, she integrates a hands-on treatment approach with patient education and hand-selected exercises to maximize overall health and function in her patients.
