The Tri More Fitness online store is housed in a secure environment. This means that your credit card information will remain private. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message, and your products will be packaged and shipped. Please allow up to a week to ten days for shipping. We make every attempt to keep all items in stock; if, however, items are out of stock, you will be given the choice of waiting for the back-ordered item, or canceling the order. We are committed to making your online ordering experience as easy, safe, and fast as possible. We welcome your comments and suggestions.

Refunds and Exchange Policy
