This 8-week training program is professionally coached
and managed Tri More Fitness (TMF). As USAT-certified
Triathlon coaches, TMF-owners Neil and Laura Fraser have
combined to coach hundreds of Triathletes in races of
all distances, from Sprint distance to IronMan.
As a participant in this program you will receive a 8-week
periodized training program made available using Training
Peaks. Training Peaks
is a powerful online software tool that allows participants
to track their training on a day-to-day basis, while also
providing an interface for your Tri More Fitness
coach to oversee your individual training.
Participants will take part in a weekly coached group
workout on the weekends providing an opportunity to interact
with your coaches along with the other athletes. Workouts
will typically be 2-3 hours in duration. You will also
have access to your Tri More Fitness coach via
email for personal questions and feedback.

$180 for Non-Club Members
Training Includes:
A professionally developed 8-week Olympic Distance
training regimen.
An introductory account with Training Peaks so you
can track your training and TMF can oversee and manage

Participation in an electronic group discussion list
and web forum with access limited solely to program
participants and coaches.
One professionally coached group workout each weekend,

FAQS
Who is this program for? This program
is intended for the intermediate triathlete, meaning
you have previous triathlon experience and are ready
to hit the ground running, (literally). It is highly
recommended that you have completed an Olympic distance
event at least once within the past 12-months. All aspects
of training will be covered during this program including
tire changing, bike maintenance, race etiquette and
safety. The focus and goal of this program is to improve
your endurance, strength and overall speed for your
race!
When will I be working out? Training
schedules will be updated weekly. As a participant,
you'll be able to log-in to Training Peaks and view
your workout schedule for the week. There will be one
group weekend workout each week of the program. (Typically
Saturday with some Sundays)
Where will I be training? Weekend
group workouts will be held in San Francisco, Marin
and on the Sentinel Course including swimming in Santa
Cruz, Biking the full course and previewing the run
course. There will be two training days in Santa Cruz
for just this.
What happens if I can't make it to all the
workouts? As an experienced athlete, you know
the drill, knocking out your workouts is up to you.
Keep to the schedule as best you can. You can always
contact your coaches for help in planning your week.
Do I have to race? No. Racing Sentinel
is optional. Many participants use this program as a
way to prepare them for other events or just to stay
in shape.

Entry fee is not included with the program. You must
enter yourself.
Refund,
Early Termination Policy
Clients wishing to terminate programs
early must do so in writing. A $100.00 service
charge for program fees and set up will be charged.
Clients will receive a refund of any unused
prepaid portion with 60 days of TMF receiving
termination notice. NOTE: Tri More Fitness may
terminate training with client(s) at any time.
Refund due to early termination of contract by
Tri More Fitness will total the unused portion
of prepaid contract.
