Russian River Swim and Bike Course Ride
1.2 mile Swim + 56 or 70 Mile Ride

When: 9am Saturday June 22

What: 1.2-mile River swim of actual VineMan Course with Paddle Board Escort provided by Surftec®. Then starting from T-1 you will ride the 56-mile course ride (leaving from Johnsons Beach) following VineMan Bike Course ending in Windsor CA at Windsor High School. This is T-2. Participants will have the option to stop here and do their T-Run or ride an extra 15-scienic-miles bake to Johnsons Beach and then complete their T-Run. Participants not wanting to ride extra 15-miles should make arrangements to be dropped off in Guerneville and be picked up at Windsor High. All participants are encouraged to complete a short 10-20 minute Transition Run.

Includes: S.A.G. Carrying, special needs, water, maps, mechanical support.

REP THE 415 – MARIN STYLE

San Francisco is pretty cool, and will always be a huge part of what makes the 415 boss. But for those of you in the 415 who know where the sun actually shines in the summertime, The Marin 415Mile & Miracle Mile is for you. It’s a 5 mile and 1 mile road race in the capital of Marin – San Rafael’s downtown business district.

For the rest of you 415′ers, there comes a time when you need to race somewhere other than the Great Highway, Golden Gate Park, and the Embarcadero. So cross the bridge, get out of the fog, run and enjoy a flying finish in downtown San Rafael. Then grab a micro-brew, listen to a Dead cover band, and represent the best of the 415 spirit.

The 5 mile starts at 7:30 and runs a loop around town. After the finish, we’ll kickoff the 1 mile heats so all you 5 Milers can sit back with a coffee and some brunch and watch the heats blaze up and down 4th Street.
