Tri More Fitness designs coaching programs to offer you a highly effective service at a reasonable price. Programs are tailored to each individual and include:

  • Initial groundwork meeting to discuss your personal history, including races, training, injuries, and goals.
  • Development of a personalized plan that takes into account the demands of work, family, and training.

 

Personalized Multi Sport Training Programs

All Programs are designed by USAT certified coaches and include:
  Unlimited weekly communication by email to review, update, and plan training needs.
  Initial consultation to discuss your personal goals, fitness level, triathlon experience, and prior training.
  Inspection, evaluation, and recommendation concerning your current training and race equipment.
  Equipment overview, evaluation, and recommendations.
  Weekly training program that takes into account your daily needs.
  Pre- and post-race call from a TMF coach to plan race strategy, settle nerves, review race, and outline your future training.
  Discounts on private training sessions and TMF gear.

TMF Complete Weekly
If you have only a few weeks or months to train for your event, would like to reach your potential, and stay injury free this is the plan for you. This program provides the extra time and attention needed to guide you through the overwhelming amount of information, equipment, and training that you will be taking on. This program is for experienced triathlete in the final stages of race training, or for new triathlete who may be nervous or apprehensive about getting into the sport.
  This program provides:
  Initial consultation discussing your goals, individual fitness level, triathlon experience, and prior training.

Race-specific training and preparation for Sprint to IronMan distance events.

  A personal TMF multi sport coach available to you on a daily basis to plan your daily training schedule, answer questions, and remain in contact with you until you reach your goal.
  Unlimited phone and email communication to review, plan, and update training needs.
  Weekly training program that takes into account your personal scheduling needs.
  Initial consultation discussing your goals, individual fitness level, tri experience, and prior training.
  Inspection, evaluation, and recommendations concerning your current training and race equipment.
  Programs consist of regular scheduled swimming (pool and open water), cycling, running (trail and road), strength/core conditioning and sport specific exercises.
  Pre- and post-race call, from a TMF Coach to plan race strategy, settle nerves, review race, and to outline you’re future training.
  Discounts on private training sessions and TMF gear.
    Price $55 per week

 

Refund, Early Termination Policy
Clients wishing to terminate programs early must do so in writing. A $100.00 service charge for program fees and set up will be charged.  Clients will receive a refund of any unused prepaid portion with 60 days of TMF receiving termination notice. NOTE: Tri More Fitness may terminate training with client(s) at any time. Refund due to early termination of contract by Tri More Fitness will total the unused portion of prepaid contract.
