After
spending many years in the real world running
a successful business Tracy is now following
one of his life long passions; to lead and educate
others in the pursuit of a healthy outdoor activity.
Tracy has been an avid road and mountain biker
for the past thirty-three years. On a dare Tracy
took on the challenge of his first triathlon
in 2007 and ended up becoming addicted to the
Triathlon life style. He has since completed
numerous ½ Ironman, Olympic and Sprint
distance Triathlons and is currently training
for Ironman Canada this fall. He expanded his
knowledge of the sport and bolstered his resume
by becoming a USAT Certified Coach. Tracy combines
his new found knowledge with his years of leadership
experience to help others prepare for Multisport
training and racing. Tracy joined the TMF
Team in 2007

Frances Holmes, CNC
Frances Holmes is a Certified Nutrition Consultant
and a member of the National Association of
Nutrition Professionals. Her focus is educating
people and bringing to their awareness the importance
of nutrition and how it affects their overall
health and well-being. Her passion for helping
others fuels her drive to research and find
solutions. She has a practical and realistic
approach to incorporating lifestyle changes
with an emphasis on nutrition and health management.
She is passionate about her work and takes great
care to assist in the success of others.
Danielle
Cane, M.F., MFT
Danielle Cane is a Marriage, Family, and Child
Therapist and a Sport Psychology Consultant
with a private practice in Kentfield, CA. She
is also an active triathlete who has done sprint,
olympic, and half ironman distances, as well
as Ironman Kona. She lives in San Rafael with
her husband, Tom. She has two daughters, 25
and 22, who are both avid athletes.

Ellora Weston
Ellora Weston is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with full body certification in ART and a certified Graston Technique provider. She has worked on the medical treatment team at the Kona Ironman World Championship, providing ART to both professional and age-group athletes. Additionally, she has helped to lead an outreach initiative to various running groups in the Bay Area providing consults and running-specific training/advice. An active athlete for all of her life, she has participated in triathlons for 3 years. Prior to that she has extensive experience in swimming, running, skiing, tennis and climbing. Professionally, she integrates a hands-on treatment approach with patient education and hand-selected exercises to maximize overall health and function in her patients.
